About the unit:
Were thrilled to announce the launch of our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) designed to provide immediate compassionate care for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This innovative timelimited program offers intensive support for up to 72 hours aimed at stabilizing acute symptoms and ensuring a seamless transition to the next level of care. What Will You Do
As a Community & Residential Supervisor at Pine Rest youll be part of tightknit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and the framework of the organizational management philosophy leads team/unit in daily tasks. Supervisor will act as a resource person and /or trainer for staff.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
What Does This Role Require
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree required in a psychology social work or human services.
In lieu of degree 5 years of experience in a health care setting or direct supervisory required.
