A wellestablished and fastpaced manufacturing operation is seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to support equipment maintenance and electrical system integrity on a day shift schedule. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a handson environment solving complex issues involving PLCs hydraulics pneumatics and electrical circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Design test and troubleshoot minor electrical and electronic control circuits for machinery.
Install and maintain electrical and electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Perform mechanical repairs and assist in equipment rebuilds.
Install and monitor performance of electrical systems ensuring safety and functionality.
Interpret blueprints sketches and verbal instructions for installations and repairs.
Assemble mount and wire motors transformers panels and control fixtures.
Use testing equipment to diagnose issues and confirm system functionality.
Assist in directing or mentoring junior technicians when needed.
Maintain accurate records via computerized maintenance systems (CMMS).
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical field.
At least 5 years of handson experience in electromechanical maintenance.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control circuit design.
Familiarity with hydraulic pneumatic electrical power and water distribution systems.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
