Job Description
NARIK CONSULTING LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our client team. As a leading consulting firm we pride ourselves on providing exceptional services to our clients. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
- Must work 12 hour rotating shifts modified DuPont schedule. 1/2 Techs working days 1/2 working rotating shift but must be open to both.
- Must be MultiCraft (Electrical Mechanical Electronics)
- Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment including electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems and make necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs and replacements
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as needed
- Keep uptodate with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair techniques
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment including electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform duties that may require standing bending and climbing for extended periods of time
