If you have strong mechanical skills experience maintaining and repairing forklifts and a desire to step into a management role then this fulltime Forklift Repair Shop Manager position could be right for you! AAA Forklifts in Orlando FL needs a capable leader to support smooth business operations.
With a base salary of $62500 $83000/year and an incentivebased commission structure this is an excellent opportunity to boost your career! We also have a great benefits package that includes:

Our Forklift Repair Shop Manager plays a critical part in our business by guiding technicians delegating tasks and supporting efficient workdays. Committed to quality work and exceptional customer service your responsibilities include coordinating technicians schedules managing invoicing answering client questions and resolving any concerns. You also provide handson training and support for your team helping them solve any mechanical challenges that come their way. By encouraging continual improvement and swiftly resolving problems you make a massive impact on our business and client satisfaction!
Heres what you need to become our Forklift Repair Shop Manager:
- 2 years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 1 years of experience in a field or shop service environment
- Experience building motors transmissions and hydraulic pumps
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
Factory training would be preferred. If you have formal automotive training trade school or ASE certification or mechanical experience in an industrial or plant environment we want to hear from you!
