Urgent requirement of Accountant @ Podar International School Ahmedabad VASTRAL AREA
MALE IMMEDIATE JOINING ONLY B COM / M COM
Requirement:
- Graduate in commerce only B Com / M Com
- Basic English communication skills
- Male candidate only

- Fees Collection.
- Manage petty cash account.
- Keeping track of all the monitory transaction at the location.
- Entry in tally software.
- Admissions processing.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze account reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify daily reports.
- Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
- Reconcile bank account.
- Prepare & Compile monthly reports & expenses.
- Provide monthly detail to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.
- Insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
- Prepare labels and maintain files as needed within the department.
- Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
- Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll related items.
- Assist the school office for various common responsibilities such as school uniform books & stationery events in the school etc.
- Other allied work.
- Cocoordinating with HR in processing EPF
- Ensure that all administrative duties checks documentation reports and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
