Location: Thessaloniki Greece

Working Model: OnSite

You will be reporting to: Professional Sales Director

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire activity of the branch.
  • Support supervision and evaluation of the work of the branch staff (commercial administrative).
  • Implement the strategic planning of the business.
  • Monitoring all channels (Direct Sales Channel sales) to achieve the required sales and growth figures.
  • Especially develop product sales through Dealers.
  • Responsible for account management of nominated dealers.
  • Identify and work with new Trade Partner opportunities to expand the Professional Business Unit footprint.
  • Guarantee the adequate level of aftersales quality ensuring the quality of the work and response times as well as the expenses.
  • Ensure an adequate level of stock of machinery spare parts and accessories according to the needs of the branch.
  • Attendance to all training given by the company to guarantee the update of knowledge and company policies.
  • Analysis of indicators and application of correct measures if necessary.
  • Other functions related to his/her responsibility



Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial department management valuable in a multinational company.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling dealer sales especially in Northern Greece.
  • Commercial team management.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration
  • MBA will be a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office familiar with CRM use.
  • Valuable English at a high level both spoken and written.
  • Full proficiency of English any other European languages are highly appreciated.
  • Sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Availability to travel.

  • Understanding of all core business processes (finance sales marketing).
  • Business developer proactive and with focus on problem solving.
  • A very structured work ethic and mind set with good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team spirit and cooperation.
  • Confidently dealing with stressful situations.
  • Ability to handle workload complexity.
