Job Description

Join our Health and Medical Solutions team as a Regional Sales Manager focusing on our Care at Home customers within the Midlands to South West of England

About the Role

Step into a pivotal role with our marketleading TENA brand where you will spearhead efforts to acquire and retain business within primary care and nursing/care home channels. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager this fulltime permanent position offers you the chance to make a significant impact. Experience with tenders is a plus as our business is often secured through this process. Residing within the territory (which runs from the Midlands down to the SouthWest of England) and having a valid driving licence is essential as travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

What you will do

  • Lead and Develop: Drive the sales organization to peak performance through effective leadership personal feedback and development.
  • Coach and Mentor: Equip your team with the techniques procedures and standards needed to hit their sales targets.
  • Strategize and Execute: Transform local business plans into actionable sales strategies managing daily activities to align with the overall sales vision.
  • Forecast and Monitor: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets keeping a close eye on sales volume revenues and costs to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize team performance by allocating resources based on uptodate customer categorization.
  • Negotiate and Secure: Engage with key customers to negotiate and secure sales contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work on developing sales marketing customer retention advertising pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Market Insight: Gather and share insights on market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform internal stakeholders.
  • Decision Making: Play a crucial role in the overall decisionmaking process.

Who you are

We are looking for a dynamic individual with:

  • A proven track record in Regional Sales and Account Management.
  • Strong sales management experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of Healthcare and the NHS.
  • Exceptional business analysis and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
