In this position you will be responsible for troubleshooting automation issues installing and maintaining personal and mainframe computer systems and networkrelated equipment and software. You will provide technical support to users serve as a liaison aid in developing software applications for institutional use and assist with managing automation equipment and supplies. Additionally you will stay updated on microcomputer and mainframe hardware software applications and telecommunications used across the supported agencies through ongoing onthejob training. You will also regularly review technical manuals attend seminars conferences and training sessions to keep up with the latest information services products and IT advancements.
