This is a multidisciplined Industrial Security position supporting and assigned to the Consolidated Security Office within Raytheon. In this position you will support security business needs of all Special Access Programs across RTX in accordance with applicable USG regulations contractual customer and company requirements. Your attention to detail is critical. Your ability to align plan schedule and execute activities to accomplish objectives is essential to your success as are your refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts. You must be willing to travel to support the business and program functions as needed by the customer (<10%)

What You Will Do

  • Execute daytoday activities as a Personnel Security Professional; administer and maintain a comprehensive Personnel Security posture in a fastpaced deadline driven environment.
  • Collaborate frequently with all levels of program leadership business partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive communication channels and relationships with Government customer personnel.
  • Create maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers peers and senior management to accomplish security objectives. Utilize excellent writing organizational communication problemsolving skills. Remains current on NISPOM program Security Classification Guides (SCGs) Program Protection Plans (PPPs) Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254s) contract Statement of Work (SOW) and related security guidance in support of assigned program(s).
  • Participate in development update and implementation of company security policies and procedures.
  • Provide security deliverables with minimal supervision; submit program access requests; maintain billet plans; assist with updating and administering indoctrinations refresh briefings and debriefings and communicates security guidance to internal audiences.
  • Interpret security requirements across all NISP security domains.
  • Conduct security selfinspections and prepare for government inspections/annual reviews.
  • Conduct safe inspections.
  • Maintain personnel security tracker; action item tracker; and foreign travel tracker.
  • Coordinate completion and submission of Personnel Security Questionnaires Pre and Post Foreign Travel Briefings.
  • Maintain personnel files and training records; assists and maintain team SharePoint site.
  • Performs other security related tasks as directed by the Security Manager (i.e. escorting nonaccessed personnel conducting parcel checks alarm testing assist with annual Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) Program)

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management Security Management Risk Management Government Policy Information Management Criminal Justice or related field of study and two years of applicable experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience implementing NISPOM (DoD 5220.22M/32 CFR Part 117) Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) to industrial security programs
  • Experience working in closed/secure areas
  • Experience using MS office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability obtain and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility clearance
  • Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartment information (SCI) environment
  • Experience reviewing Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254s)
  • Experience using DISS and JADE
  • Selfstarter comfortable with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
