With a starting salary ranging from $56772.25 to $64301.00 this onsite position offers the perfect platform to showcase your leadership abilities and technical knowhow. What would you do as a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor at the CATA you will start each day by reviewing maintenance schedules and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs. Youll oversee daily operations in the maintenance facility coordinating shifts and assigning duties to technicians while providing guidance and support as they perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Regularly monitoring vehicle conditions youll conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Collaborative communication with team members will be essential as you facilitate daily briefings to discuss updates challenges and innovative solutions. Youll also stay in close contact with other departments to coordinate service disruptions fostering a teamoriented approach to addressing transportation needs within the community.


Expect to embrace a handson role troubleshooting issues as they arise and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

**Applicants must be at least 21 years old.**


Position requires possession of or the ability to obtain Class A CDL with passenger endorsement PA State Inspection License (S7) and 609 AC certification. CATA provides CDL training and assistance for inspection license and AC certification.
