Maintain standards of food beverage and quality guest service.

Areas of responsibility with be Social Kitchen Craft City Sports Pub City Lights In room dining Executive Lounge(s) and any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Outlets or the Director of Food & Beverage.

Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.

Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.

Develop short and longterm financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.

Develop short and longterm marketing and promotional plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.

Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.

Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.

Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.

Manage in compliance with Federal state local and StepStone regulations and standards.

Maintain and correct procedures for credit control financial transactions security of financial assets and inventory control.

Requirements


  • 12 years of hospitality management/ supervisor experience in a fullservice operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer functions in general
  • Expertise knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems
