ROLE OVERVIEW
The TMS Technician works in a high energy and fastpaced medical office setting the candidate must possess a friendly outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Essential duties include coordination & scheduling of all TMS services answering prospective patient inquiries initial patient consultations ensuring timely completion and submission of all required documentation serving as liaison and representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from prospective TMS patients
Book schedule and perform reminder calls for TMS patient appointments
Document TMS patient treatment history vital signs and allergies/contraindications as needed
Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
2 year of experience in a medical office environment
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
