What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 $45.00 per massage service hour based on the service provided (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This combines both clockedin wages and commission. Pay rates reflect your experience and skills with additional commission opportunities for services like CBD Cupping and Hot Salt Stones.
- Flexible Shifts: We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours. One weekend shift is required and if you work both weekend days there is an additional commission. Plus enjoy paid turnover time and guaranteed annual raises!
- Comprehensive Benefits: We provide paid sick time for all therapists health insurance partially covered for fulltime team members (30 hours per week) access to Dental and Vision benefits and a 401k plan for qualifying employees.
- Supportive Environment: Our Golden studio is a clean beautifully designed space with electric lift tables and expertly decorated rooms. We use ecofriendly products and pride ourselves on being a sustainable business so you and your clients can feel good in every way.
Requirements:
- Must work 30 clockedin hours per week to be considered full time
- Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in Colorado.
- Must be reliable professional and communicate effectively with clients.
- Must be able to adjust pressure during massages including offering Deep Tissue services.
