We currently have an opportunity for a Floor Support III Rapid Responderat our manufacturing facility inSouth Boston Virginia.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Rapid Responder you will work on the line and will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
- Take the line from an idle stop to full production.
- Learn use and teach 5S and Work Design Initiatives.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
