About the Role:
- Position: FullTime Days
- Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
Create and implement educational plans for patients. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain professional relationships with medical staff administrative personnel and ancillary departments.
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO ensuring smooth unit operations.
- Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
- Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours with varying days.
Requirements:
- Current MS RN license
- Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
