Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)
Start Date: 8/25/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Bettendorf IA 52722
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights
Shift Notes: Nights; 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation
On-Call Requirements: None

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

Unit Details:
Typical nursing duties are similar to a Med/Surg unit. The patients on this unit have to qualify for 3 hours of therapy services each day so they work very closely with the other disciplines: PT OT and Speech. The patients usually stay on the unit for 2 weeks. Most patients on the unit are stroke patients brain injuries or somebody who suffered a traumatic injury and needs some rehabilitation.
If scheduled for 48 hours OT billed after 48 hours
If scheduled for 40 hours OT billed after 40
If scheduled for 36 hours OT billed after 40
** May be asked to float across campuses
** IL RN license required for the contract.
Submission Requirements
- RAPID RESPONSE TEAM
- 2 years of current clinical experience in an ED setting - Required
- ALL certificates should be active -- MAB/MOAB can be obtained during onboarding
- May be asked to float to the Rock Island Muscatine or Moline campus
- IA RN or compact RN license active at time of submission.
- Work history/resume
- Home/taxable address or Drivers License
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
- References - highly preferred (if not provided will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
