Job Description
- Assist in the building and development of strategic capture project and program management plans.
- Use creativity and ingenuity to solve problems.
- Understand and implement government contracting processes and procedures.
- Write and edit research reports management consulting studies white papers and contract proposals.
- Maintain courteous professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Be a crucial member of the team in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- Must currently be at a minimum in their 3rd year of pursuing their Bachelors degree.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Competitive energetic and motivated to exceed personal and established goals.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work longhours on occasion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a small but growing and unstructured environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint skills and adept ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior experience in the Intelligence Community military or U.S. government agency.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
