Responsible for testing and troubleshooting of the electronics and electrical products along testing fixtures/ equipment. He must be proactive. high with energy motivated individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment in manufacturing. This role is for Manufacturing engineering function Testing.

Job Title:

Senior Associate Engineer Testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices drawings specifications and industry standards.
• Interact with US counterparts / customers to understand requirements etc.
• Work with Engineering / Design teams to define specifications requirements drawings for jigs / fixtures / equipment / machines required for the product line.
• Train and develop recruited operators to desired level of skill and competency
• Develops designing modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment conferring with equipment vendors.
• Create process flows process requirements (jigs fixtures equipments machines consumables etc.) and manufacturing work instruction for product.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources interact with vendors for the procurement installation verification and validation of all items required for setting up the product line
• Perform capacity analysis to define the resources required for meeting customer demand volumes.
• Circuit card Level analysis and address the issue permanently by involve all the CFT team including customer and supplier.
• Organized and disciplined with excellent time management practices that prioritize work correctly and provide accurate completion dates to management
• Develops collaborative partnerships with Cross Function Team and colleagues.
• Knowledge on Test Software like Labview C.
• Knowledge on the communication protocol like I2C SPI CAN Serial Communication.

Qualification:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Electronics and Communication and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Bachelor 3 Year experience and Diploma 5Year experience.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices drawings specifications and industry standards.
• Experience in Testing Fixture / Equipment development.
• Experience in Circuit Card debugging and Analysis.
• Ability to Read the Blueprint Technical writing Manufacturing tool design Industrial or occupational safety.
• Good communication skills selfmotivator
• Awareness of Lean Mfg and implementation tools is added advantage.
• Familiar with Mfg and Procedures process quality technical Information is added advantage.
