As a Vice President Product Development Manager you will lead the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap for endtoend onboarding. This role offers the chance to build an application from the ground up focusing on innovative solutions that enhance business benefits client experience efficiencies and controls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of business requirements functional designs and solutions aligned with our strategic vision internal and client challenges.
- Oversee technology implementations ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and promote the adoption of cuttingedge onboarding tools.
- Define and manage implementation schedules ensuring timely and budgetcompliant product delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate business needs risks and strategic objectives effectively.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience in financial services product development or onboardingfocused roles with a strong emphasis on business analysis and change management.
- Proven project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders vendors and clients.
- Experience in clientfacing onboarding or product development roles particularly within Securities Services is highly preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills data analytics capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global regions and time zones.
