The Position
As a Product Designer you will be responsible for the endtoend design process of our webbased platforms helping transform complex pharmaceutical processes into elegant userfriendly digital experiences. Youll collaborate closely with key stakeholdersincluding Product Owners Engineers and Designersto ensure our tools deliver real value to customers while meeting strict industry requirements. This role reports directly to the Product Design Director.
Responsibilities:
- Designing the way that allows the users to use our product intuitively using design libraries.
- Proposing new usability ideas always focusing on user needs but not leaving aside the possible technical implications and constraints.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into mockups prototypes and internal documentation using Figma and our internal Design library.
- Get a profound knowledge of our Design libraries to use them correctly to propose improvements or develop new functionality following guidelines patterns etc.
- Design intuitive easytouse user interfaces and interactions that address pharmaceutical industryspecific challenges focusing on customer needs using internal libraries UI patterns and best practices but not leaving aside the possible technical constraints for webbased application.
- Accountability for the endtoend design from ideation to final handoff and postrelease reviews aligning with Product Design director and Product Owners.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure a good quality implementation reducing rework through clear documentation.
- Coordinate with the Product Design Director and other team members to ensure consistency and accurate communication.
- Work daily with software like; Figma Prototyping and Google suite.
Qualifications Must Have:
- We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) with more than 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience using Design libraries prototyping visual & interaction design.
- Experience with Google suite Figma and prototyping tools.
- Solid technical foundation with a good understanding of fundamental technologies (responsive design multiplatform browser compatibility understanding of HTML5/CSS3)
- Proven ability to manage and transition effectively between different products with different scopes functionalities and user needs.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Qualifications Hice to Have:
- An eye for accessibility and usability would be a plus.
- Knowledge on SaaS for a manufacturing environment
