The role
As the Manager Budgetary Governance you will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring resources are allocated effectively across the Department and portfolio agencies. You will lead budget planning monitoring and reporting providing expert advice to senior executives while balancing financial transparency with operational needs. With a deep understanding of Treasury policies you will drive efficiencies maintain compliance and keep leadership informed with datadriven insights.
Navigating complex financial challenges in a highpressure environment it will be your job to apply strategic thinking precision and strong stakeholder engagement to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. You will be relied upon to collaborate across teams identify risks and implement solutions. As a trusted advisor you will ensure financial stability and accountability making a meaningful impact on the Departments success.
