A Temporary Project manager (34 months) is needed to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation one person at a time.

  • Location: Larimer County CO
  • Status: 20/hrs. week

What Youll Do:

  • The project manager will be responsible for coordinating all of the system building around state reporting and will assist with the technical components of submitting reports. The PM will be the point person for internal/external stakeholder meetings will oversee the planning to transition state reporting from clinical teams to operational teams and will ensure monthly reports are submitted within contractual time frames. Our ideal candidate is a former employee who understands our system and who has some level of basic experience with Excel flat files SQL SFTP technical requirements manuals and/or Epic.

Required:

  • Experience in applying project management techniques and using standard project management tools and approaches to managing complex multidisciplinary projects; this includes tools for issue risk management status reporting and communications.
  • Experience and demonstrated success in leadership team management and relationship building skills with strong analytic and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals while working independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing and challenging work conditions with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey a positive and professional image.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Project and other MS Office Products and the ability to learn new tools as needed.
  • Automation: Facilitating the automation of data uploads to replace manual entry processes.
  • Communication: Maintaining alignment across teams and departments through strong communication and relationshipbuilding practices.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required in business field.
  • Minimum of one years experience in management of projects in a nonprofit setting.
  • Minimum of one years experience with process improvement Six Sigma Certified preferred.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare service sector and/or experience with a recognized quality improvement program preferred.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional preferred but not required.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual/bicultural preferred

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado drivers license.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $76794 $92154/year based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings nights weekend and holidays.
