Job Description
Up to $1500 Relocation Bonus to move to Montana*
Discovery Kidzone Learning Center Director of Community Requirements:
- Must be a level 3 or higher on the Montana Practitioner Registry
- Must have CDA AA in ECE or BA in ECE
- Must have strong character with a servants heart and good customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:

- Assists Regional Director and Owner in setting organizational philosophy culture core values policies and procedures
- Collaborateson identifying staffing shortages and overages and hires staff accordingly
- Fills in the classrooms as needed to cover ratios and training needs.
- Is amentorcoachand model of professionalism;
- Plans and organizes staff meetings in conjunction with Admin Team
- Performs regular classroom supervision and observation
- Follow up with feedback after monthly self checks
- Performs monthly 1:1s with staff
- Provides frequent objective feedback to staff in both informal meetings and performance reviews
- Conducts staff reviews and develops implements and manages correction plans and suspension
- Manages and implements departure of staff including resignation and termination
- Manages conflict resolution if problems arise
