Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for the development of financial and operational reports executive presentations and / or predictive models for management as well as special ad hoc analyses as necessary.This role is hybrid in office Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.
How Youll Shine:
Review and create monthly reporting packages identifying key drivers and metrics performance against budget prior forecasts prior year(s) etc.
Develop implement and interpret complex financial and data modeling concepts driving effectiveness and efficiency for the leaders.
Performs other duties as needed
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting. Masters degree preferred
CPA CMA CFM or other professional certification preferred
Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities
Ability to work as a crucial trusted business partner.
Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to execute tactically at a high level to ensure successful and timely outcomes.
Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling.
Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines.
Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance.
Able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and deliver on deadlines.
Expertise with Excel (intermediate to advance) Word
Experience with Oracle Essbase / SmartView preferred
Experience with Peoplesoft preferred
Timeshare industry experience preferred
5 years experience with particular expertise in financial planning and analysis.
3 years experience in management of a related financial/accounting function
Unless there is a legal requirement experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
