Job Description

Location: 100% Remote
Start: Award August 2026
Must be US Citizen
Requirements:
- Proficient with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost estimating software called MicroComputer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) or typically called MII software.
- 5 years of experience performing cost estimates for the USACE especially projects over $250M.
- Familiar with the USACE Hazardous Toxic and Radiological Waste (HTRW) work breakdown structure.
- Experience estimating construction activities such as electrical installation estimating concrete structure construction industrial construction etc.
- Experience in deconstruction and decommissioning estimating (desired not required).
- Since the NFSS work is dealing with radioactive waste estimator knowledge in this area would be helpful but not required.
