Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordinating digital projects such as websites webinars videos preparing and sending mailings text messages publishing banners; cocreating advertising flyers printed materials cowriting scripts for phone calls etc.
Collaborate and coordinate the work of internal and external subcontractors (graphic designers medical editors programmers printers)
Coordinating campaigns for pharmaceutical clients
Cocreation of marketing content for ongoing campaigns
Working with marketing tools project and content management systems
Taking part in the development of marketing products
Cooperation and maintaining good relations with clients
Skillful management of many projects at the same time within the established time frames
Meeting tight deadlines following internal procedures preparing reports
Performing other marketing activities ordered by line manager
Reporting to the line manager
Requirements:
Master/Bachelor degree
Highly developed organizational and communication skills
Knowledge and ability to handle of marketing digital tools
Ability to send mailings to work with databases
Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an asset
Confident user of MS Office (especially: Excell Powerpoint Outlook)
English at the level enabling everyday communication
Ease of learning to use new programs applications
Great attention to detail
Multitasking
Desire to learn and constant development
Responsibility and flexibility ability to work in a team
Experience in project coordination customer service or marketing department is very welcome
Experience in preparing content for marketing materials is welcome.
