Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer ( React) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our web application development capabilities and driving innovation within our organization. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our business objectives by developing scalable and highperformance applications ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend components and setting industryleading coding standards.
Software Requirements

- Experience with performance tuning debugging and monitoring
- Domain knowledge in Banking or Retail
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable highperformance web applications.
- Architect and automate the build process for production using task runners or scripts.
- Monitor and improve frontend performance while ensuring responsive web application standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Set coding standards and best practices for the development team.

- Write and maintain highquality testable code for both frontend and backend applications.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement userfriendly features.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- Preferred:Certifications in relevant technologies
