Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to setup a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.

This joint venture will combine Prudentials global expertise in insurance and financial services with HCL Groups experience in technology and healthcare solutions.

Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a nolegacy greenfield health insurance deployment in India building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.

To partner us in this mission we are looking for a talented

Branch Service Specialist

As a Branch Service Specialist your typical week might include the following

  • Handle daytoday branch functioning as per standard operating procedures:
    • Support in clearing the proposal pendency in collaboration with Sales.
    • Manage premium collection Deposition reporting reconciliation and refund lifecycle journey
    • Manage walkin customers & distributors with new product enquiry policy servicing requests Claim requests
    • Implement process controls to avoid any kind of regulatory reputational or financial breaches
    • Ensure Compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements
    • Manage administrative expenses of the branch and maintain proper financial records
  • Drive adoption of Digital platforms:
    • Customer App/Portal for selfservice
    • Distributor portal/App for customer servicing
  • Revenue:
    • Contribute to business by exploring crossselling opportunities lead generation & conversion.
    • Focus on Renewal Collection
  • Distributor Onboarding & Service Trainings
    • Support to Prospective Agent and help navigate smooth onboarding process.
    • Handling distributor queries & escalations.

You could be the right candidate if you

  • Have a bachelors degree from a recognized institute
  • Have good understanding of financial services industry preferably insurance
  • Able to drive Digital solutions
  • Are not intimidated by the rapidly changing customer or distributor expectations and can keep up with constantly evolving technology solutions
  • Are obsessed with providing Customer and Distributor delight moments and can influence stakeholders in the process
  • Are a highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to deliver an outstanding product to the business team and end users/customers.

  • total experience with up to 5 yrs domain experience in any of these sectors: health life general insurance Banking/NBFCs.
