About the Role
As the Homelink Advisor you willbe verifying the eligibility of applicants joining the housing registerwhilst ensuring applicants are placed withinappropriate priority bands according to the allocation policy and providing quality customer advice on a wide range of housing options.
Youll be responsiblefor the preparation of the weekly advert for allavailable properties across the partnership and applying the correct eligibility criteria to all advertised properties and maintaining effective liaison and relationship building with internal and external representatives.
