Job Description
Marshfield High School is seeking aFreshman Baseball Coach to lead and develop the freshmanlevel baseball team. The coach will be responsible for teaching fundamental skills promoting sportsmanship fostering teamwork and supporting studentathletes in both their athletic and academic growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct regular practices focused on skill development conditioning and game strategy
Instruct players on the rules regulations equipment and techniques of the game
Manage and supervise players during practices games and team events
Promote a positive and respectful team environment
Communicate regularly with parents players and school staff
Collaborate with the JV and Varsity coaching staff to ensure consistency across all levels of the baseball program
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all studentathletes
Maintain equipment and assist with field preparation as needed
Comply with all school league and state athletic policies and regulations
- CDL preferred
