This is a grant funded position.

Position Overview

The Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS) Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the integration of Ryan White Grant Part A Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) and Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) data collection strategies and applications including coordinating activities to support the CPCDMS. This position is responsible for promoting data consistency and quality as well as providing oversight and daytoday management of the CPCDMS system and support staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Researches conceptualizes and implements the Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS) clientlevel reporting system. Keeps abreast of new developments in HIV/AIDSrelated data collection technology and strategies
  • Maintains and updates CPCDMS reports and their associated folders.
  • Develops training materials and provides orientation and training to new CPCDMS users.
  • Provides ongoing programmatic technical assistance to service providers to ensure the quality of data collection activities are consistent with CPCDMS policies.
  • Provides input and leadership in the development and/or revision of CPCDMS application specifications business rules and system policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates and oversees work efforts and deliverables from application support vendors and ensures work is accomplished.
  • Establishes yearly program goals/objectives and maintains overall project time line.
  • Compiles program reports for the Ryan White Planning Council (RWPC) Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) affiliates.
