We are recruiting for a Tax Manager / SrLead Tax Accountant for a key client of ours in the Greater Houston area. This position will offer a great work/life balance and have flexibility of working in office and remote.
As the Tax Manager / Lead Tax Accountant we are seeking someone with Public Tax as well as having Industry Tax experience and having their CPA or Masters Degree. This individual will oversee income tax accounting and compliance of our clients entities by interpreting income tax accounting rules and regulations. You will also work closely with Sr Exec on Tax Strategies as well as prepare quarterly and annual global income tax provisions including domestic and international tax provisions etc ASC/8858
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelors in Accounting
- Masters in Accounting or MBA is HUGE PLUS
- CPA is a MUST
- Must have both Public Tax and Industry Tax experience
- Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
- Must be ok with travel to an operational site occasionally around the Pasadena TX area
