ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client a leading multinational tobacco company is seeking a Junior Reporting & Forecasting Analyst.

Location: Aspropyrgos
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday morning hours
Working Model:Hybrid
Contract: 12month contract
You will be reporting to:IBP CC Lead South East Cluster

What you will do:

As a Junior Reporting & Forecasting Analyst you will be responsible for demand and supply management of assigned key Markets/categories within South Europe Cluster as well as the ontime completion of sustainability reporting.

More specifically:

  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the market ensuring alignment with the monthly planning cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing and Business Planning teams to gather market insights and trends that influence sales forecasts and support effective product lifecycle management (e.g. phaseouts technology changes)
  • Regularly enrich and update the weekly sales forecast with highquality Business Intelligence including commercial plans and upcoming product launches
  • Monitor key performance indicators through the planning cycle and take timely corrective actions to meet annual targets and resolve deviations
  • Work with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub Order Management and Product Management teams to secure efficient supply planning inventory management and product availability across the supply chain
  • Oversee obsolete stock monitoring and provisioning in line with global financial standards and internal procedures
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for accurate and timely sustainability reporting across multiple markets and projects

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or any other related field
  • 1 year of experience ideally in the electronics industry or a multinational FMCG company is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office tools particularly Excel
  • Fluent in English written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
