PROJECT MANAGER
TORONTO ONTARIO
HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION/EARTHWORKS
$130000 to $160000 Based on Experience
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
As an industry leader in the Civil Construction/Earthworks sector our client is progressing and growing with new projects and local opportunities in development. With a passionate team and a great focus on collaboration within their staff they have established an excellent reputation within the industry and region.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
In this role you will support and interface with our client performing full scope Project Management functions from the proposal stage through to project execution and closeout. This includes the preparation of proposals and execution of projects in areas specific to Scheduling Cost Management and Estimates Budgeting Reporting Change Management Development of Procedures and Risk Management Strategies. You will be responsible for reporting on budget and forecast cash flow incurred costs as well as providing progress measurement and analysis.

This candidate will have the following aspects;
- 7 years of fullcycle project management experience in Heavy Civil Construction
- A minimum of 3 years in estimating is an asset
- Experience with Water and Sewer is an asset
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and ensure work prioritization to achieve them Strong critical thinking troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of ownership
- Strong group of professionals with a rapidly growing industry leader
- Communicative and growing employer
