What to Expect
The Pool Location Specialist will work closely with our Franchise Development Real Estate and Marketing teams to create detailed actionable data sets for market planning and store support initiatives.
On a daily basis our Pool Location Specialist:
Conduct virtual flyover reviews (e.g. Google Earth GIS systems) to identify and verify residential and commercial pool locations.
Research and pull pool permit data from municipal and county databases.
Plot and organize pool location data into structured mapping systems and Excel/Google Sheets databases.
Support franchise development efforts by producing summary reports on pool density by zip code city and trade area.
Identify newly built or highgrowth neighborhoods with emerging pool counts.
Collaborate with Real Estate and Marketing teams to update internal pool location maps and strategic planning documents.
Maintain accurate tracking of data sources verifications and pool counts.
Assist in occasional administrative tasks related to franchise or real estate development support.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficient in using Google Earth GIS tools mapping software and online permit databases.
Comfortable navigating government websites and public records databases.
Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (sorting plotting basic formulas).
Analytical mindset with an interest in geography real estate or market development.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Prior experience with virtual flyover analysis GIS real estate or permit research is a plus
