The Administrative Assistant will provide support and assist with the alignment of the departments processes and solutions to effectively and efficiently meet Statewide business needs.

What Youll Do:
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Create and modify documents
Perform general clerical duties: photocopying faxing mailing and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Sign for and distribute received packages.
Research price and purchase office furniture and supplies
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space phones company credit cards copy machines etc
Support staff in assigned project based work
Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management
What Youll Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Outlook Microsoft Word Excel etc.
Extreme time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a patient and calming manner
Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
