Statewide Remodeling a company backed by Renuity is seeking a dynamic selfstarting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as a Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide support and assist with the alignment of the departments processes and solutions to effectively and efficiently meet Statewide business needs.

What Youll Do:

• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member

• Meet and greet clients and visitors

• Create and modify documents

• Perform general clerical duties: photocopying faxing mailing and filing

• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

• Sign for and distribute received packages.

• Research price and purchase office furniture and supplies

• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space phones company credit cards copy machines etc

• Support staff in assigned project based work

• Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management

What Youll Bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Proficient in Outlook Microsoft Word Excel etc.

• Extreme time management and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a patient and calming manner

• Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
