The role as Head of Safety requires you to be an experienced energetic and solutionsfocussed safety leader who is able to challenge constructively celebrate the wins and lead by example taking all stakeholders on the Airservices journey.

The Role & The Team
As our Head of Safety you will play a crucial leadership role in guiding a diverse team to design and implement pragmatic strategies that enhance and assure Airservices safety performance. Your thought leadership will be instrumental in fostering a generative safety culture where collaboration and engagement are prioritized.
Your practical and relentless approach to inspiring others to own it and when necessary find a better way will be key to driving results and achieving our safety goals. In this role you will be at the forefront of creating a safer environment for everyone at Airservices.
