Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: Offshore (Remote)
Reports To: Founder & CEO
We re a fastgrowing premium baked goods brand distributed across the Northeast and MidAtlantic. Known for our quality consistency and standout branding we ve built strong margins and are currently generating $1M in annual sales. With plans to double our revenue and expand into new retail channels we re entering a major growth phase. Our founder and CEO featured on The Food Network brings deep industry experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to everything we do.
We re looking for a driven resultsoriented Sales & Business Development Manager who thrives in outbound sales and is energized by clear goals and uncapped earning potential. This role is ideal for someone who s ready to take ownership of building revenue growing wholesale accounts and turning strategy into action.
You ll be tasked with doubling monthly sales from our $75K distribution center average over the next six months. This role is fully outbound you ll be sourcing managing and closing new wholesale deals while strengthening existing relationships across grocery caf s hotels and specialty retail.
We currently operate without a CRM so strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline using tools like Excel are key to success.
Commission: Uncapped earn $1000 monthly based on performance

Develop and execute a highimpact outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth
Source and close new wholesale accounts across retail categories
Manage your entire sales pipeline: lead generation outreach followups and deal closures
Build and maintain tracking systems (Excel or similar) until CRM implementation
Organize and maintain detailed records of leads client communications and deal progress
Strengthen existing retail relationships and coordinate closely with our distribution partner
Support seasonal promotions product launches and sampling initiatives
Provide accurate revenue forecasting and report directly to the founder
Represent the brand at industry events trade shows and distributor meetings
3 5 years of experience in CPG or food & beverage sales/business development
Proven success in outbound sales you re a dooropener and dealcloser
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing sales without a CRM
Proficiency in Excel able to build reports trackers and forecasts
Selfstarter with a processdriven mindset and strong target orientation
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Bonus: experience in DTC or digital sales
