Job Description

Looking for a professional Human Resource who is well versed in TaleoOracle & Keka.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements set expectations and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process.
Collaborate with HR leadership regarding candidate salary determinations.
Designed developed and implemented a successful recruitment process to fill more than 1500 vacancies each year.
Manage recruitment team and training and mentoring new HRBP s.
Conduct Onboarding Induction & Orientation Program for new joiners.
Customized wording of job profiles social media techniques and website subscriptions like Naukri Indeed and LinkedIn.
Achievements include centralizing recruitment operations improving applicant tracking and reducing processing times. Complex problemsolver with a superior work ethic and excellent organizational abilities
Facilitate teambuilding activities and events to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among employees.
Conduct interviews with employees to understand their motivations concerns and career aspirations and take action based on the feedback received.
Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys to assess morale identify areas for improvement and track changes over time.
Built strengthened and managed successful relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendor Management.
Preparing & maintaining and publishing HR dashboards.
Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files documents pay scale detailsand/or other important databases.
Review current organizational expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement cost reduction strategies such as renegotiating vendor contracts or streamlining processes.
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants whilst closely controlling cost bases.
Strong communicator and stakeholder manager with the strength to deliver sustainable results and implement change in challenging environments.
Act as a Key team member in group projects delegating tasks and providing feedback.
  • Led the implementation of new HRIS software across multiple states ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Travel extensively to different states to conduct Walkin drives and training sessions and provide handson support to employees during the software transition phase.
