Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will leverage your expertise in automation frameworks CI/CD and test strategies to enhance software quality. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks collaborating closely with development teams and mentoring junior members to drive the success of our testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Robot Framework to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins enhancing the efficiency of automation integration.
- Design and execute test plans for web applications APIs and microservices ensuring highquality software releases.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development product and QA to define and improve testing strategies and coverage.
- Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of efficient and highperformance test automation solutions.
MustHave Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD concepts and handson experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Indepth knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Experience in testing web applications APIs and microservices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Core Java and ability to write optimized and clean code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with Playwright testing tool.
- Familiarity with manual testing practices.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role guiding junior team members towards their professional growth.
