Job Description:
Job Title: Communication Designer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design for Apps and Software We have an elaborate software ecosystem. Design user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for mobile apps software platforms and digital products.
- Ensure the overall design and user interface align with the brand identity following the brand book for consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and marketers to deliver cohesive designs.
- Brand Identity and Collateral Design Design website layouts and social media collaterals ensuring brand identity is maintained across all channels.
- Manage design projects endtoend when collaborating with external agencies ensuring all deliverables are on brand and meet company standards.
- Customer Research and Analysis Conduct research and analysis of customer feedback market trends and competitor designs to inform UX/UI improvements and new product designs.
- Incorporate customer insights into design strategies and product enhancements ensuring the user experience reflects user needs and expectations.
- Proactively explore customer pain points and create design solutions that address usability issues.
- Crossteam manage design aspects of crossteam projects collaborating with marketing software development and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Lead design discussions present ideas and prototypes and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelors Degree in Communication Design Visual Communication Interaction Design User Experience Design or a related field.
- Must have at least 12 years of work experience as a Visual Designer/UIUX with a portfolio showcasing visual communication creative thinking problemsolving abilities and proficiency in designing userfriendly experiences.
- Design Expertise Demonstrated ability to translate research insights into intuitive and functional product experiences.
- Strong command of both visual and interaction design principles with the ability to synthesize them into cohesive usercentered designs.
- Experience designing across various platforms including mobile apps web applications and marketing collateral for social media platforms.
- Technical Skills Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
- Familiarity with web platforms like Webflow and design platforms like Canva.
- Ability to manage the design handoff process with developers and other stakeholders.
- Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present design concepts and feedback.
- A curious mindset with a desire to become a subject matter expert (SME) in design continuously learning new trends tools and techniques.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user experiences.
