Position: Admin Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daytoday office operations and administration
Maintain records documents and reports in an organized manner
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and external service providers
Handle scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
Assist HR and management with operational support
Ensure office supplies and equipment are wellmaintained
Oversee basic accounts invoicing and petty cash management
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
