Excellent job opening with our client looking for experienced Transport & Supply Chain Solutions Design expert based out of Mumbai in their COOs team. Professionals having background as consultant supply chain solutions solution design Warehouse and Transportation Solution Designing are required.
Job role Transportation & Supply Chain Analyst (COOs Office)
Job Summary: Incumbent in this role will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes analyzing data and designing transportation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The role is crucial for ensuring costeffective reliable and scalable transport solutions across companys supply chain network.
Minimum Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in Transport Solution Design Supply Chain Solutions Network Optimization and Freight Management
Qualifications: Masters/PostGraduation in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Optimization
- Work with COO closely and the Sales team along with his/her Solution Designers to develop transport optimization solutions
- Conduct Network Analysis Routing and Simulation for efficiency improvements
- Value stream mapping Six Sigma & Lean for Solutioning
Data Analysis & Visualization
- Interpret complex transport data using tools such as MS Excel PowerBI Tableau
- Create effective visual representations of supply chain performance
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless transport
- Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
Technology & Systems Usage
- Utilize transport design (Implement a transport tool first like like LlamasoftSCGx Paragon Workwave Anylogic)
- Implement datadriven decisionmaking for transport routing and network planning
Performance Management:
- KRA Transport Optimization KPI Reduction in transportation costs Metrics Cost Savings Achieved
- KRA Network Analysis KPI Improved routing efficiency Metrics Reduction in Transit Time
- KRA Data Analysis & Reporting KPI Accuracy of transport data insights Metrics Accuracy in Reports
- KRA Stakeholder Collaboration KPI Internal customer satisfaction score Metrics Score out of 10
- KRA Technology & Systems Implementation KPI Adoption of transport design tools Metrics Usage of Optimization Tools
Time and Job Distribution :
- 50 Solution Design & Data Analysis
- 30 Stakeholder Management & RFQ Process
- 20 Reporting & Performance Tracking
Meetings to be attended:
- Weekly Transport Solutions Review
- Monthly COO Strategy Meeting
- Quarterly Supply Chain Performance Review
Other preferences:
- Strong background in solution designing transport optimization & data analysis
- Proficiency in transport design tools
- Experience in stakeholder & client management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
