Job Summary:
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will lead the planning and of digital and offline marketing campaigns drive customer engagement and manage key initiatives that enhance brand visibility. This is a strategic and executionfocused role suited for someone passionate about beauty and consumer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new product launches brand campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Oversee content creation for social media website emailers and advertising campaigns.
- Manage and grow digital channels including Meta Instagram Google Ads YouTube and influencer marketing.
- Coordinate offline activities such as event branding POS material creation and print campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and suggest new ideas.
- Liaise with designers agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creatives and collaterals.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce sales and product development teams for 360 .
- Prepare and present performance reports campaign insights and ROI analysis to the leadership team.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of marketing experience in the personal care beauty or FMCG sector.
- Strong creative and strategic mindset with excellent project management skills.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO PPC Social Media Email Marketing).
- Handson experience with tools like Meta Business Suite Google Ads Google Analytics Canva etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

- ROI and conversion rates from digital and offline campaigns
- Growth in social media followers and engagement (monthly)
- Increase in website traffic and lead generation
