Job Description
Job Title: Agents – International Voice Process Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs – Churchgate to Bhayander)
Job Summary:
Teleperformance Mumbai is hiring dynamic individuals for its international voice process. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are open to working in a 24/7 environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: o Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of any experience o Graduate freshers are welcome o Graduates with experience (any field) are also eligible
Age: 18 to 45 years Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills Shift & Availability:
o Willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational shifts) o Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs
Location Preference: o Candidates must reside within the western suburbs of Mumbai (between
Churchgate and Bhayander) Salary Range: 22000 to 34000 per month (based on profile and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers Provide accurate information and support related to products or services Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction Maintain call quality standards and follow company protocols Update customer records accurately in the system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues if required Adhere to shift schedules and maintain regular attendance
