About the Role
We re hiring an Automation Specialist to take ownership of designing building and optimizing intelligent systems that eliminate manual work and accelerate business operations. This isn t just about connecting tools it s about engineering highleverage automations that free up teams reduce costs and deliver measurable impact using AI and nocode platforms.
You ll work at the intersection of business operations AI tools and systems thinking turning friction into flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain endtoend automated workflows using nocode tools (Zapier Make n8n Airtable Automations)
Integrate businesscritical platforms (CRMs ERPs communication tools) through APIs and automation logic
Leverage AI tools (e.g. GPT4 Claude automation agents) to enhance workflows (e.g. autosummarization smart decision trees intent detection)
Partner with department leads to identify repetitive tasks build automations and track performance uplift
Document and maintain scalable automation libraries with clear ownership maintenance cycles and testing procedures
Train team members on automation logic and build internal dashboards to monitor automation success

Audit top 5 highfriction workflows across departments (Ops Sales Finance Support)
Deliver 2 automation quick wins that reduce manual task volume by at least 10 hours/week
Build and share internal automation request and prioritization pipeline
60 Days
Deploy 3 5 scalable automations with documented performance improvements (e.g. approval flows AIgenerated summaries notification systems)
Introduce automation monitoring dashboard and reporting cadence
Launch internal Automation Playbook with training materials and best practices
90 Days
Deliver systemwide time savings equivalent to at least 1 FTE through automation
Design and implement a highimpact crosstool integration (e.g. CRM project management comms)
Identify and deploy AIpowered automation use cases (e.g. using GPT to autotag triage or summarize tasks)
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs)
Automate workflows saving at least 30 hours/month within first 60 days
Achieve 3x ROI on time savings vs implementation time per automation
Reduce errorprone manual steps in at least 3 core business processes
Maintain 90% success rate and uptime across live automations
Requirements
2 5 years experience in automation operations tech or systems integration
Proficient with at least two nocode automation platforms (Zapier Make n8n Airtable Power Automate)
Comfortable working with APIs webhooks and basic logic design
Handson experience with AI tools like ChatGPT Claude or opensource agents
Familiar with crossplatform integration: CRMs ERPs PM tools and communication platforms
Obsessed with optimization and building repeatable scalable systems
