The purpose of this position is to apply basic design engineering principles as listed. This role has the responsibility to promote Biogas Engineering s competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. This position supports the Lead on assigned projects and evaluates selects and applies standard engineering techniques to a set of routine assignments.
Piping design engineers work from feasibility to conceptual and detail engineering developing drawings.
Study the process needs and site conditions to design.
Create a layout by analyzing space road access maintenance space equipment placement and pipe rack requirements.
Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner set priorities and meet deadlines.
Analyzing and discussing design issues and providing technical help to team members.
Plan and schedule work tasks for the piping team.
Creating detailed 3D models of plant components like piping equipment structures and supporting systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Prepare piping layouts isometrics and perform stress analysis as required.
Preparing Piping MTO Speciality item list Valve list and Tiein List.
Perform interdisciplinary item checking and provide input on pipe racks platforms and structural needs to relevant disciplines.
Review documents and drawings to ensure the vendorsupplied equipment valves and skids meet piping requirements.
Crosscheck the stress data with the support specified in the drawings to prevent the design changes.
Prepare asbuilt drawings after completion of construction and documents as necessary
Review and ensure that the design complies with the international codes & standards local country codes & client specifications.
