Job Description
- Execute client orders and operate stock trading terminals with precision.
- Confirm trades by the end of the day (EOD) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Update clients on their positions and provide regular market insights.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal.
- Activate inactive clients and encourage maximum participation.
- Guide customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue.
- Crosssell other financial products and services.
Requirements
- Equity trading
- Securities knowledge
- NCFM/NISM certification
- Proficiency in handling demat accounts
