Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Sourcing Specialist to join our US Recruitment team. This role focuses on proactively identifying engaging and qualifying candidates for various roles across IT healthcare engineering finance and other verticals in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder) LinkedIn internal databases social media and Boolean searches.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and alignment with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Coordinate with US recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and submit qualified profiles promptly.
- Update and maintain the ATS and candidate records accurately.
- Engage in proactive sourcing campaigns and market mapping to stay ahead of demand.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and responsiveness to support timecritical hiring needs.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment for the US staffing/domestic industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search Xray search LinkedIn Recruiter etc.).
- Familiarity with US work visas (US Citizens GC H1B etc.) and tax terms (W2 C2C 1099).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office job boards and ATS tools.
- Experience working in a fastpaced staffing agency environment.
- Exposure to sourcing for multiple domains (IT nonIT healthcare etc.).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
