Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a dynamic and detailorientated Guest Relations & Support Specialist to join a luxury African safari company in Cape Town. This exciting position plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience for guests acting as the key contact point during their journey and supporting both agents and ontheground teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of guest bookings once travel begins
Review and ensure itinerary accuracy prior to travel
Reconfirm all logistics before arrival
Set up communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp groups) with guests before arrival
Oversee guest communications during travel and provide timely support
Manage lastminute changes or requests professionally
Collaborate with travel agents lodge teams suppliers and operations managers
Assist with complaint resolution and feedback management
Support posttravel processes including payments refunds and followups
Deliverables:
Improve guest and agent satisfaction
Alleviate operational pressure from reservations and booking teams during peak times
Requirements:
3 years experience in a luxury travel consultant/advisor role
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics
Flexible and proactive approach to working hours and guest support
South African citizenship or valid work permit
